Position Overview

The Implementation Manager is a vital client-facing role responsible for managing the onboarding and implementation of new clients into HRDelivered’s PEO platform. You will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure a seamless transition of payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR services, serving as the main point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage end-to-end implementation of new PEO clients, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead onboarding sessions with new clients to gather critical data, assess business needs, and establish workflows for payroll, benefits, and HR services.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with internal teams (payroll, benefits, HR, compliance, technology) to ensure accurate and timely setup. Keep clients informed and supported throughout the transition.
  • System Setup: Configure client information into internal systems including HRIS, payroll platforms (e.g., PrismHR), and benefits administration portals.
  • Data Accuracy & Compliance: Review and validate employment, tax, and benefits data for accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Client Experience: Ensure a positive client experience by proactively resolving issues, setting clear expectations, and providing ongoing education and support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve implementation processes, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in PEO or HRIS implementation, client onboarding, or payroll/benefits setup within a PEO or HR services environment.
  • Strong understanding of PEO operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, tax setup, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with the platform PrismHR
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; PMP certification a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Salary

  • $75,000 - $90,000
