As the Human Resources Manager,you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies that alignwith our organizational goals. You will be responsible for overseeing allaspects of human resources, including employee relations, performancemanagement, benefits administration, compliance, and fostering a positive workenvironment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement and manage performance review processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Required)
- Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. (Preferred)
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources multi-site management.
- 3-5 years of Management Experience
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
