Key Responsibilities:

   - Prepare and assemble payroll documents, including pay stubs, tax forms, and direct deposit notices, following established procedures.

   - Review documents meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

   - Collaborate closely with the payroll team to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines consistently.

   - Operate check printing equipment and software proficiently to generate payroll checks accurately and efficiently.

   - Conduct thorough checks of check data against payroll records, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies promptly.

   - Manage the distribution of payroll checks to employees securely and in accordance with confidentiality protocols.

   - Perform comprehensive quality checks on printed materials, promptly addressing any errors or inconsistencies to maintain high standards.

   - Monitor production processes closely to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.

   - Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed to minimize disruptions to production.

   - Maintain meticulous records of payroll production activities, including check printing logs, production schedules, and inventory levels.

   - Prepare accurate reports summarizing production metrics such as output volume, turnaround times, and error rates.

   - Support auditing and compliance efforts by providing documentation and data as required.

   - Collaborate closely with payroll administrators, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate production workflows effectively.

   - Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on production status and address inquiries or concerns promptly.

   - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma (required)

- Previous experience in payroll processing, check printing, or related production environment is advantageous.

- Proficiency in using payroll software and check printing systems; experience with platforms such as ADP, QuickBooks, or similar is preferred.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced production environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
